Inclusion
We strive to create experiences where FTWN-B riders feel supported, encouraged, welcomed, and a sense of belonging.
Decolonization
We commit to going beyond a land acknowledgment. We will keep asking the hard questions around how outdoor recreation and biking continue to contribute to colonialism and work toward being in good relationship with the land and the people on whose homelands we ride.
Representation
We want FTWN-B riders to be represented in the biking community of the southern Willamette Valley and have a seat at tables where important decisions get made about biking in this region.
Access
We aim to make bikes and biking opportunities more accessible to FTWN-B people who experience barriers based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, body shape and size, class, and other identities.
